What You Receive as a Driver Member
As a Zipptaxis driver, you gain access to:
- The Zipptaxis driver platform
- Real‑time rank radius and occupancy tools
- Daily expense logging
- Driver dashboard access
- Community support initiatives
- Eligibility for the Driver Hardship Fund
- Automatic entry into the monthly driver raffle
This membership is designed to support your work, protect your income, and keep you connected to the Zipptaxis community.
Step 1 — Prepare Your Documents
To complete your registration, please prepare the following:
- Valid driving licence
- Taxi badge or operator licence
- Vehicle insurance
- MOT certificate
- V5C logbook
- Proof of address
If anything additional is required, our team will contact you directly.
Step 2 — Verification Call
Within 24 hours, a member of our team will contact you to:
- Verify your documents
- Confirm your membership type
- Provide onboarding instructions
- Activate your driver dashboard

Step 3 — Activate Your Membership
Once verified:
- Your driver account will be activated
- You will receive your login details
- You will gain access to the driver dashboard
- You will be added to the driver update list
